Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
